Rules of auction

Using a bicycle:

1. Bicycle rental is only possible after presenting at least one of these documents:
a) valid identity card,
b) a valid passport.
c) residence permit
2. Only a person over the age of 15 can be a tenant.
3. Inspect the bicycle thoroughly before taking it over to see if it has no defects are noticeable. There will be no complaints later taken into account.
4. If you discover any defects or deficiencies during use, you are they are obliged to report them when handing over the bike.
5. It is forbidden to make any changes to the bicycle without consent of the operator.

Fees:

1. Before concluding the rental agreement, you pay a deposit, for each matching item. The amount of the deposit is given in the valid price list. Upon return items in their original condition - without defects, the deposit will be returned to you the full amount.
2. The rental fee is given in the price list and a deposit is paid in advance.
3. If you exceed the time you paid for, you are liable pay the rental fee according to the applicable rate of the valid price list. IN otherwise, if the already paid time is not used up limit, money is not returned!

Responsibility:

1. Riding a rented bicycle is at your own risk and the lessor bears no responsibility for damages caused by him leased object on his own property nor on other movable and immovable objects, or damage caused to others persons for the entire duration of the lease, nor for the tenant's health after the entire rental period.
2. The renter assumes responsibility for all items listed therein signed to the Rental Agreement, as well as for the person who bike specified in the contract signed by him, they use if they are children.
3. After signing the contract, the lessee assumes all responsibility for rented item until the item is returned to the lessor.

Compensation for damages:

1. If you lose a bicycle or any of its parts or accessories, you obliged to pay compensation.
2. The amount of damage is determined according to the degree of damage, the availability of spare parts and the cost of spare parts.
3. Damage is paid for when the bike is returned. The lessor has the right to use advances for payment of damages incurred by him, as well as debts owed to him incurred against the lessee. The operating rules are part of the Agreement on lease and by signing the transfer protocol, the lessee undertakes to fulfill it in his full extent.
